You may think “why should I care as a customer”, well, it’s a virtuous circle. Our team provide you great service, you stick with us/recommend us to your friends, we make more money, it goes to our staff. Our staff are therefore more inclined to stay with us for the long term, meaning better contact continuity for you.
This contrasts with our private equity owned competitors, where staff have less to gain from caring.

MEET THE BRILLIANT TEAM
We currently employ a dozen accounting staff. Half those are fully qualified Chartered/Certified Accountants (members of ICAEW/ACCA), with some also being Chartered Tax Advisers (members of CIOT). Increasingly we’re also investing in soft skills training for staff so they go beyond just knowing the techy stuff.
The others are trainees, earning their stripes doing the background donkey work whilst they learn the ropes. We don’t let trainees loose on clients, so rest assured all client facing staff are experienced senior members of the team.
We aim to keep our staff happy, which in turn helps keep our clients happy.

If your company needs significant work doing now, there would be a one off separate cost for this. This would be agreed in advance, and paid on completion of works.
