We are not business consultants and don't claim to be. However, we do have experience of looking closely at a number of businesses across a wide range of sectors. This has given us a good insight into what does and doesn't work in the world of business.

External, Objective Viewpoint

As a small business owner, although you know your business inside out, there are times where you can't see the wood for the trees. It can be easy to get bogged down in the detail, or simply trying to generate as many sales as possible that the bigger picture may be lost slightly.

An independent external person may see things from a different perspective. Often with small businesses the main people to provide feedback are friends and family. This is great, however, it is typically sufficiently subjective to make it biased, and therefore not entirely reliable.

Common Sense Suggestions

We are accountants, not wacky ideas people. You can therefore rest assured if we make suggestions, they will be minor tweaks to your business model, rather than drastic changes.

We do not offer this service in its own right, more an added freebie to all clients of other services. We have provided suggestions to numerous previous clients which have increased their profit by well in excess of our year end compliance fees, with no extra charge.
